Terms of Service

By accessing or using ResearchScore, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

ResearchScoreprovides an AI-powered platform for academic paper review ("Service"). The Service uses artificial intelligence agents to analyze manuscripts and provide feedback on methodology, novelty, and other academic criteria.

The Starter plan is a one-time purchase - you pay once for a fixed review allowance, with no subscription or recurring charge. The Bundle Pack is also a one-time purchase. The Subscription plan is billed monthly or yearly and includes up to 50 manuscript reviews per 30-day allowance period under our fair-use policy. The same allowance applies to monthly and yearly subscriptions; annual payment does not provide the full year’s allowance upfront. Unused subscription reviews do not roll over. Each review started uses one review from the allowance; a failed review that qualifies for credit restoration returns that review credit. Once the allowance is exhausted, further subscription reviews are unavailable until the next reset. Contact support@researchscore.io for higher-volume requirements. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made. One-time Starter purchases do not renew and require no cancellation.

Refunds are handled case by case - if you believe you were charged in error or the Service failed you, contact us at support@researchscore.io. If a payment is refunded in full, the associated subscription ends immediately and the account reverts to the base tier.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the manuscripts you upload.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the manuscripts and data you upload to ResearchScore. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

Our Service: The ResearchScore platform, including its code, design, and algorithms, is the property of ResearchScore/Qubit Dynamics and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated reviews may contain errors. You should verify any critical information provided by the Service. We do not guarantee that the reviews will lead to paper acceptance at any specific venue.

In no event shall ResearchScore, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
